Daylight saving time
Every year, at least in large parts of Europe, there are two key dates when chronobiology experts become the focus of the media. In March, when summer time begins and in October, when summer time ends, i.e. normal time (there is no winter time!) resumes. The interesting thing is that very few people actually deal intensively with what is happening around the daylight saving time changeover.
Summertime itself splits those affected into three camps. Those who want to keep the current solution, those who want summer time all year round and those who want to go back to normal time. Here you will find all important information about daylight saving time.
